Newly converted in a Grade II listed barn complex, the double bedroom includes a shower room and tea/coffee making facilities and sea views.

Granite stairs provide a private entrance to the accommodation and a gallery provides views over the large gardens and towards Zennor Hill.

Inside the walls are newly half-timbered and there is a private shower and bathroom. Breakfast can be taken either in the garden or gallery or in the adjoining farmhouse depending on the weather.

Bed and Breakfast costs £55 for the room (£45 for single occupancy).
