Tremedda farm lies on a beautiful stretch of lush farmland between the hills and moors of Zennor and the Atlantic Ocean. Covering nearly two hundred acres, it is soley a dairy farm with a herd of just over a hundred holstein fresian milking cows and around 50 calves and younger cows, which are born at Tremedda and spend their whole lives here.

Tremedda farm is run as a typical Cornish family farm. Now in the hands of Nicky Monies its been in the family for over a hundred years. With the help of his family and up to date machinery Nicky runs a successful and profitable business aswell valueing traditional farming values.
Day to day running of the farm consists of milking and feeding the herd both morning and evening aswell as growing crops of grass, wheat and maize of which make up their diet. Home growing of crops ensures we know what they eat, with the emphasis on providing the herd with the best standards we can in both comfort, feeding and in the ability to live happily and freely - in return we are repayed with plentiful milk and rich cream.
