The Farm

Tremedda Farm is nestled on the Cornish Coast at Zennor within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has been in our family for four generations since 1905, when Great Great Grandmother Elsie Griggs (Nonna) persuaded her parents to move down from Scotland so she could be a farmer.

We farm using a traditional and sustainable method of farming which allows our cows to be housed throughout the winter and out grazing for the rest of the year. In fact, over the years, a few technological advancements aside, not much has changed.

Our bed and breakfast was our first way of diversifying the farm, followed by our ice cream, Moomaid of Zennor (which can of course be sampled during your stay!) and most recently Zennor Wild Flowers.
